Exploratory Laparotomy: Opening the abdomen to examine it.

Bilateral DJ Stenting: Placing stents (tubes) in both ureters (tubes from kidneys to bladder) to ensure urine flow.

Resection of the mass: Removing the tumor.

Hysterectomy: Removing the uterus.

Bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy: Removing both fallopian tubes and ovaries.

Epigastric Hernia Repair: Fixing the hernia in her upper abdomen.

The tumor, weighing 6 kg and measuring 30 x 28 cm, was removed along with her uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries.
Postoperative Recovery

Her recovery after the surgery was smooth.

She was able to move around from the first day, started eating normally from the second day, and was discharged from the hospital on December 4, 2023 (7 days after surgery).
